Consumer Reports’ advice, in an article updated January 2024: “Contact either the manufacturer or store, depending on where the warranty is from.” For a Sub-Zero or a Wolf, that route is the maker’s service locator.

No. Beaver Appliance is an independent repair company, and no appliance manufacturer, Sub-Zero and Wolf included, owns it, sponsors it or endorses its work.
Who should I call first if my appliance is still under the maker’s warranty?
Whoever issued the warranty: the manufacturer, or the store if the warranty came from the store, as Consumer Reports advises. Sub-Zero and Wolf owners can start with the service locator on the maker’s website. For repairs the warranty doesn’t cover, Beaver Appliance can take the job on.
