- The full duct run, from the dryer to where it vents outside, with airflow checked before and after. In a building with a shared riser, the run we clean ends where your unit’s duct joins it.
- Past that
- The service is cleaning. Rerouted ducts, booster fans, new openings and replacement ducts aren’t part of it.

What appliances does Beaver Appliance repair?
Most of what a home kitchen and laundry room hold: the refrigerator and its ice maker, a separate freezer, the dishwasher, the oven, range or cooktop, the washer and the dryer, and a wine or beverage cooler. We repair them at home, and the plug-in ones in shops and offices too. Dryer vent cleaning is on the list as well, in houses and condo units. Not on the list? Call and ask.
Should I repair an old appliance or replace it?
Weigh the repair price against a new one. In 2014 Consumer Reports’ rule of thumb was not to spend more than 50 percent of the cost of a new product on repairing an old one. Each service page adds what Consumer Reports and others say about that appliance, and the written price we give before any work is the number to compare.
