Use the site to learn about our repairs and to reach us. The general advice here is no substitute for your appliance’s manual, and a booking is set once we confirm it.
Who we are
This website belongs to ASPANN LLC, doing business as Beaver Appliance (formerly The Fridge Repair in South Florida). By using it, you agree to these terms.
General information
Our pages and guides explain common faults in general terms. Models differ, so follow your appliance’s manual and its maker’s safety instructions, and switch an appliance off and cut its power, at the plug or the breaker, before you look behind a panel. If a check isn’t safe for you, leave it to a technician.
Booking requests
Calling, texting or sending us a message in the chat asks us for a visit. The time is set once we confirm it with you. Finding the fault costs one flat diagnostic fee, credited to the repair if you go ahead. We give the repair price in writing before any work starts, and we only do the work you approve. Texts follow our SMS terms.
Brand names and logos
Appliance brand names and logos belong to their owners. We show them to say which appliances we repair, and our guides name makers and sources to credit their advice. Beaver Appliance is an independent repair company, not affiliated with any appliance maker, and no maker endorses us.
Photos and reviews
Most photos of appliances and repairs on this site are illustrations, not pictures of our own jobs. Photos of places come from Wikimedia Commons, credited on the page that shows them. Customer reviews come from our Google Business Profile, in the reviewers’ own words, shortened only where an ellipsis shows it, with any translation labelled as Google’s.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, try to break it, or copy its text and drawings for your own business. Brand names and logos, photos credited to others and customers’ reviews belong to their owners; the rest of the site belongs to ASPANN LLC.
Limits
We try to keep the site accurate, but it’s provided as is, and pages can change. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses from relying on its general information or from a short outage of the site.
