    My condenser fan was overheating and slowly dying, which affected the freezer (not defrosting properly so not cooling) and the refrigerator (stopped cooling altogether).

    Bek came to my house 4 times over a 2 month period, and installed the 5 new parts (that I wanted to try) as they became available, including: the control board (the hardest to find), condenser fan, evaporator fan, defrost heater, and thermometer. He patiently answered all my questions, was funny and responsive by text/phone throughout the ordeal, he worked hard and fast, and he did a great job.

    Both the freezer and the refrigerator sections are holding temperature now, and I'd happily hire him again if I have any more issues. …”
