In short
Our texts are about your repair. Offers come only if you tick the offers box in our chat. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop them and HELP for help.
Who sends them
Our texts come from Beaver Appliance, a trade name of ASPANN LLC, at (754) 285-8880.
What we send
Replies to your texts and photos, appointment confirmations and reminders, a text when we’re on our way, the written price and updates on your repair, and answers to your questions about its warranty.
Offers, only if you ask
The chat window on this website has a second, separate box for offers. Only if you tick it, we may also text you occasional offers and service reminders, such as a note that your dryer vent is due for its yearly cleaning. Leaving it unticked never affects your repair texts. Reply STOP to stop all texts from us.
How you agree
When you text us about a repair, you agree to texts from us about that repair: our replies, your appointment, updates on the job and answers about its warranty. Our first reply confirms this and tells you how to stop. You can also agree on a call by asking us to text you, or in the chat window on this website when you send us your number and agree to texts there. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying a repair.
How often
Message frequency varies with your repair, usually a few texts per job. Offers are occasional. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text from us. END, CANCEL, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work too, and so does asking us in your own words or on a call. We’ll send one text to confirm, and no more after that. To start again, text START to (754) 285-8880.
