Yes. Those are Census names for the communities just past the city limits, and the homes in them carry Zephyrhills addresses, so book with the address on your mail.
Is Zephyrhills water hard? It’s the City of Pure Water.
The city publishes no hardness figure, so we won’t guess one. Depending on your street, your water may come from the city, from Pasco County Utilities or from a small system that serves your park, and out in the country around town about one home in eight has its own well.
Our dryer vent ends under the mobile home. Can you move it?
Not as part of a cleaning: we clean the vent you have, and moving a duct or cutting a new wall opening is work we don’t take on. Homes built before June 1976 predate the federal standard.
We switch the refrigerator off while we’re away. Should its door stay shut?
No. Whirlpool says to tape a rubber or wood block to the top of the door so it stays open a little: air gets in, and odor and mold don’t build up. That advice is written for its undercounter models, so check your own manual too.
